Flowers At The Bottom

Sometimes we have to get to the bottom to realise that enough is enough of a certain pattern or situation. It’s true that ideally we don’t have to get that far and of course there are ways we can make great changes without having to reach the bottom in the first place. But for some people maybe we do end up at the bottom but that doesn’t mean we give up hope. In fact there’s a lot of hope there. There can be a beauty and a real humbleness to exploring those depths. In the darkness that is the soil underneath the earth seeds can be planted. Now we are forced to look at these seeds we hold and realise we must do things a different way to water them. A different set of instructions that nurtures who you are. From there the seeds start to grow… they gain roots in the soil, growing beyond the grass and then blooming into flowers. One by one… with constant care more flowers come through and you are being rebuilt.

It’s okay if we don’t have all the answers right now. It can be a simple task of just putting one foot in front of the other and evaluating along the way what decisions or steps need to be made. That’s the beauty of life… we don’t always know where we are going or what the destination will be but we can head off in a direction and let the steps be revealed when the timing is right.

We can start making new better choices that are in alignment with who we are. From those flowers that are reaching for the sun our spirit starts shooting up following the sun rays and getting closer to the source of the light that feeds and nourishes us.
